competition 3 again

I had to redo this competition piece, please comment on the outfit only, I know the body of the model is a little wonky. I couldn't submit this under fashion design because the category was messing up, so I decided since I painted this online, and drew it on paper first, this category was just as good. I will change the category when needed, if needed.

I hope everyone likes this. I used the same scrapbook paper as my inspiration as I had in the last one. I'm sorry it's so late, I actually finished this days ago, but the computer was punked by my boyfriend, and he put it under major construction... and I went to Canada's Wonderland yesterday!!! omg it was soooo much fun, I want a season's pass... if anyone is feeling generous with an extra 70$, I would love you forever (j/k)

oh, and bro, I can't get on MSN right now, but I didn't make it to Western union on time friday, and I didn't get a second to myself on saturday or sunday. I got less than I was hoping to, and I may not be able to get the full 100, but I think I will try for at least 80. I'm really sorry, *shakes fist at government* I'll be going to do that either tonight (after my migraine goes away) or first thing tomorrow morning. I hope you are still holding strong I love you
